HR Generalist

As an integral part of our team at Pawzz, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include assisting in screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates for various roles. You will ensure timely communication and smooth integration of new hires into the team. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining dashboards, managing intern groups, and supporting daily HR workflows. Your role will also involve ensuring adherence to processes, handling basic documentation needs, and collecting and analyzing recruitment metrics to track performance and trends. Furthermore, you will prepare reports and share actionable insights with the HR team. Building positive relationships with candidates and effectively addressing their queries will be a key aspect of your role. Acting as a bridge between interns, HR, and the core team, you will facilitate seamless coordination. Collaboration on hiring needs and exploration of outreach or partnership opportunities will be part of your responsibilities. You will also support compliance with HR policies and contribute to impactful initiatives that align with Pawzz's mission.
