HR Generalist (Night Shift)

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for end-to-end HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and performance management. The role also focuses on employee engagement and improving HR operations to enhance the employee experience.

Roles responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Support in recruitment and onboarding process as and when required.
• Good knowledge in payroll and statutory compliance to assist when required.
• Address employee concerns, promote a positive work environment.
• Conduct periodic reviews along with managers to assess employee performance against defined targets and KPIs.
• Support onshore documentation, clinician onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Strive to Improve HR operations and employee experience.
• Support in other HR related tasks as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in HR operations, generalist roles, or performance management.
• Good knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of performance management systems, KPIs, and employee engagement practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to multitask, handle employee concerns with empathy, and maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to work in night shifts from our office location.
• Immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum location preferred.
