Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and ensure smooth orientation of new hires.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases regularly.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
  • Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and overall discipline.
  • Assist managers with workforce planning and talent management strategies.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
