We are seeking a smart, confident, and proactive HR Generalist who can manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, basic recruitment activities, and support company-wide HR initiatives. If you enjoy working with people and have strong communication and organisational skills, this role is perfect for you.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates with the following backgrounds are eligible:

• MBS / BBS
• B.Tech
• MA in English

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening, coordination, onboarding)
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation
• Handle employee queries and provide HR support
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management
• Assist in performance management and appraisal documentation
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
• Support HR policy implementation and compliance
• Maintain a positive and professional workplace environment

• Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities

Pay: ₹12,219.98 - ₹15,176.48 per month
