HR Generalist Intern

In a startup environment, an HR Generalist's job is streamlined yet dynamic, focusing on critical areas such as recruitment, training, motivation, and general HR responsibilities:

Recruitment: Efficiently identify and attract talent suitable for a fast-paced startup culture. Implement creative and cost-effective recruiting strategies to fill positions quickly with the right candidates.

Training and Development: Develop and execute training programs tailored to a startup's unique needs, ensuring employees quickly acquire necessary skills and adapt to the startup's environment and culture.

Employee Motivation and Engagement: Implement strategies to keep the team motivated and engaged. This may include creating a positive work culture, recognizing achievements, and facilitating team-building activities.

Resource Management: Optimize the use of limited resources in recruiting, training, and other HR functions. Implement cost-effective solutions and prioritize tasks to align with the startup's goals.

General HR Responsibilities: Handle essential HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with employment laws, tailored to the needs and scale of a startup.

Good exposure to AI Tools

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Bhukum, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• HR: 1 year (Preferred)
