HR Generalist Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and detail-oriented HR Generalist Intern who is passionate about Recruitment and wants to build a strong foundation in HR.

This internship offers hands-on experience in hiring, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Primary (Recruitment-Focused)

• Sourcing candidates from job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates
• Coordinating telephonic and face-to-face interviews
• Conducting initial HR screening calls
• Maintaining recruitment trackers
• Assisting in mass hiring drives and campus outreach
• Following up with candidates until onboarding

Secondary (Generalist Support)

• Employee documentation & onboarding formalities
• Coordinating training sessions
• Maintaining attendance & HR records
• Supporting employee engagement activities

Required Skills

• Good communication skills
• Strong interest in recruitment
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Email)
• Ability to multitask and work responsibly
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
