Job Description

We are looking for a smart, energetic, target-driven Business Development Associate who can help us grow our client base, build strong relationships, and generate new business opportunities. If you love talking to people, building connections, and closing deals — this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and generate leads through calls, emails, social media, field visits, and networking

• Pitch company services (interior services, home services, or Krishwiz Life offerings — you can specify)
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
• Build long-term client relationships
• Maintain CRM/lead sheets and update daily reports
• Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth service delivery
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Required Skills

Excellent communication & presentation skills

• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Confident, proactive, and high-energy
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Email)
• Ability to handle targets and work under pressure
• Sales mindset & result-oriented attitude
• Qualification

Minimum Graduation (any stream)

• MBA preferred (not mandatory)
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
