Role Description-

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior HR Generalist to support our HR department in both Generalist and Recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, well-organized, and able to handle a variety of administrative and operational HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and follow up on feedback and status updates
• Support in offer release and documentation process
• HR Generalist Activities:
• Assist in onboarding of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Coordinate for attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll inputs
• Handle basic employee queries and escalate when required
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities
• Assist in maintaining HR reports and documentation
• 
  
• Required Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment cycle
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
