Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment Support:

   Assisting with the initial stages of recruitment, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

• Onboarding:

   Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

• Employee Relations:

   Addressing basic employee queries and providing support on HR-related matters.

• HR Operations:

   Maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and generating reports as needed.

• Policy Adherence:

   Assisting in ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.

• Administrative Tasks:

   Performing various administrative duties to support the HR department.

Qualifications

• A 

  Bachelor's degree

   in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Freshers

   are welcome to apply; no prior HR experience is required.
• Willingness to work in 

  night shifts

   (typically 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, exact timings may vary).
• Excellent 

  communication skills

   (written and verbal) in English. Knowledge of Hindi and Punjabi is a plus.
• Proficiency in 

  MS Office Suite

   (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong 

  organizational

   and 

  interpersonal skills

  .
• Ability to handle sensitive information with 

  confidentiality

  .

Office Time: Night Shift

Address: Sector 74, Mohali.

Monday to Friday

No Cab.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
