Compensation: ₹15,000 Fixed + ₹10,000 Performance-Based Incentives (Monthly)

Role Summary:
We are seeking energetic and motivated Field Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mumbai. This role is critical in driving bulk and frontline hiring across various operational functions. If you have prior experience in field recruitment, strong local market knowledge, and the ability to independently manage hiring drives, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates for roles such as packers, loaders, pickers, and stackers through field visits, local vendors, job fairs, and community hiring drives.
• Conduct on-field candidate screening, interviews, and document collection.
• Organize and execute walk-in drives, recruitment campaigns, and on-ground activations.
• Coordinate with HR, operations, and onboarding teams for seamless candidate closures.
• Track daily and weekly hiring progress; maintain accurate recruitment MIS reports.
• Build and expand sourcing networks within the Mumbai region.
• Consistently achieve hiring targets within set timelines.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in field/bulk hiring, ideally in logistics, staffing, or e-commerce.
• Languages: Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of local sourcing channels and markets.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai city limits.

Reporting To: Regional HR / Talent Acquisition Manager

Compensation Package:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
• Monthly Performance-Based Incentives: Up to ₹10,000
• Travel Allowance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
