Roles & Responsibility

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals.
  • Facilitate People life cycle processes w.r.t. identifying the people gap, people supply , Induction, people onboarding ,absconding & exit process.
  • Prepare the HR analytical dash board in various aspect & analyze HR metrics to identify trends .
  • Facilitate managers on People performance and conflict resolution.
  • Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Identify training needs and drive skill uplifting program with the collaboration of L& D partners.
  • Support in conducting people pulse survey, employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Support of HR Automation & simplification project w.r.t. people process & PMS.
