Role Overview: You will be responsible for Recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Relations & Engagement, and HR Administration & Reporting. Your role will involve ensuring smooth HR operations and maintaining a positive work environment for employees. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. - Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and coordinating training programs. - Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive work culture. - Engage employees through various initiatives such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions. - Handle HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in HR functions. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - English Proficiency.
