1. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles across the organization.
2. Collaborate with managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
3. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
4. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the interview process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
6. Maintain and update candidate records.
7. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
8. Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
