Role Overview: As a Recruiter at our company, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles across the organization. You will collaborate with managers to understand job requirements, source candidates through various channels, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will coordinate interviews, maintain candidate records, provide recruitment metrics reports, and participate in employer branding initiatives.
