Position: HR Executive

Experience Required:
6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll preparation and attendance management
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on HR experience
• Good communication skills are a must – both verbal and written
• Good understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
