Universal Elder Care is a trusted elder care center and old age home offering premium services at affordable costs. We provide both in-house and home care services for senior citizens and hospitalized individuals across Tamil Nadu.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive to manage day to day HR activities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about people management, recruitment, and coordination. Female candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and attendance
• Support payroll and leave management
• Coordinate with different departments for staff requirements
• Assist in training and staff welfare activities
• Ensure smooth communication between management and employees

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Education: Any Degree
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field

Salary:
Rs 10000 to Rs 12000 per month + Incentives(Salary based on experience)

• Full Time only
