Job Title: Tele Caller (Female Candidates Only) Organization: Universal Elder Care Location: 12/12, Wooden House, Saraswati Nagar, Kovaipudur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641042 Job Summary: Universal Elder Care is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Female Tele Callers to join our growing team. As a Tele Caller, you will play a key role in engaging with potential clients and families, explaining our elder care services, and supporting our mission of providing quality care to seniors across Tamil Nadu. This is a full-time, office-based position . Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to inquiries and potential clients regarding our elder care and home care services. Explain services clearly, professionally, and with compassion. Follow up on leads and maintain call logs and databases. Address client questions and provide basic information. Assist in appointment setting and follow-up coordination. Maintain confidentiality and empathy in all communications.
