Immediate Hiring – HR Executive(Railway Infrastructure Manufacturing)

We at Transmission Line Products have 1 vacancy for HR Executive.

Job Location – Office - 102, Central Plaza, 2/6, Sarat Bose road | Kolkata - 700020, West Bengal, India//Factory - Sankrail Industrial Park, Dhulagarh, Howrah.

Preferred: Male/Female both Age: 25 to 30 Employment Type: Full time

Salary as per Company Norms & last Drawn.

Summery: He/She responsible for overseeing and directing the human resources functions within in organization. They also handle employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management, while ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

 Develop & implement HR Policies, procedures, & Strategies.

 Update an employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant and Offer letters, Promotion Letters.

 Design and run training & development programmes to support employee growth and organizational development.

 Manage Payroll & prepare employment, Salary slip or slary related work.

Requirements:

 6 Months+ of experience in HR Management or related fields,Such as recruiting or training.

 Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or a related field.

 In-depth knowledge of Labour Laws and Regulations.

Handling in Payroll, HR Policies, Compliance.

 Smooth Handling of PF, ESI, TDS and more.

 Ability to work independently and as part of team.
