• Freshers passionate about HR and people operations
• Basic understanding of recruitment, screening, and coordination
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
• Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Strong willingness to work in a collaborative remote environment
• Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication
• Manage documentation, reports, and applicant tracking sheets
• Support onboarding activities and internal HR processes
• Maintain candidate databases and hiring pipelines
• Learn and work with HR tools, ATS, and workflow systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet hiring requirements
• Any bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA HR preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of Excel/Sheets
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Interest in IT hiring and HR operations
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
