What We Are Looking For:

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI automation tools

• Ability to craft, test, and refine prompts for LLM-driven workflows

• Familiarity with Python programming and basic AI/ML concepts is a plus

• Quick learners who can adapt fast and collaborate in a remote-first environment

Responsibilities:

• Design and refine prompts for LLMs to improve accuracy, reasoning, and output quality

• Work with AI/ML teams to integrate GenAI components into tools and applications

• Analyze model outputs, troubleshoot errors, and iterate with data-driven improvements

• Explore and experiment with agentic workflows and GenAI frameworks

• Maintain documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases

• Stay updated with the latest GenAI advancements, tools, and model updates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields

• Basic understanding of Python, ML concepts, or LLM-based tools

• Familiarity with GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.) is a plus

• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet fast-paced deliverables
