Job Description

This job is provided by apna.co The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively support employees and business operations.
Location: Pharma warehouse,Chintal, Balnagar, HyderabadCompany: Ascent wellness and Pharma solutionsExperience: Min 2 years of experience in warehouse as a HRCTC: upto 5LPAWork timings: 10AM-7PM, 6 days workingImmediate joiners preferredKey Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & OnboardingSource, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and referrals.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.Conduct employee inductions and ensure smooth joining formalities.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Address employee queries and grievances promptly.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.Support performance management and appraisal processes.

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.

Training & Development

Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions.
Track training attendance and maintain related records.

Exit Formalities

Handle resignation, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
Ensure smooth transition and documentation closure.Apply only if you are willing to work in warehouse environment.
