About Talent Craft India

Talent Craft India is an online skill-building platform offering live classes in Coding, Chess, Abacus, and Rubik’s Cube for children aged 5–15 years. We are expanding our internal team and hiring an HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Role Summary

The HR Executive will handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and HR coordination. The role requires excellent communication, organisation, and people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings on hiring platforms and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and conduct telephonic/face-to-face interviews.
• Manage onboarding, joining documentation, and induction.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and daily reports.
• Assist in training and development activities.
• Support HR policies and ensure compliance in the workplace.
• Address employee queries professionally.
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and hiring needs.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred).
• Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
• Problem-solving mindset and professional behaviour.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any stream).
• Prior experience in HR / recruitment / coordination is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and interest in HR may also apply.

• Monthly Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
