Job Description

As a suitable candidate for the position, you should have a minimum of 1+ years up to 5 years of experience in HR, with an MBA in HR or any other relevant field. Your key skills should include recruitment, employee relations, salary management, and knowledge of statutory compliances. Your role will involve establishing a positive, healthy, and safe work environment in compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations. You will be responsible for managing the overall office space and environment, as well as developing innovative strategies to enhance organizational operations and create new opportunities. Additionally, you will be expected to handle regular company recruitments, statutory compliances, and tasks related to Pvt. Ltd. company documentation. Please note that fluency in English and an IT background are essential requirements for this position. Preference will be given to female candidates.
