Through a values-based, transformational 35-day training program, Unnati assures jobs for the youth to help them and their families be economically independent. We strongly believe in three principles that are the guiding principles for Unnati: ·        If we train someone, they must be given a job ·        They must be part of the inclusive society ·        They must be change agents in the society Unnati’s vision is to train and employ 1 million youth across the country. Over the last decade, we have set up 30 Centres across 7 states and trained more than 35,000 youth. We can proudly say that we have built a strong network of partners which include Employers, NGO partners and Government departments. We are a well known, recognized and credible organization in the Livelihood domain. Our two flagship programs – Unnati and UNXT are well defined and established. Our goal over the next few years is to scale them to the next level and reach geographies that are untouched and vulnerable. We want to leverage local talent and technology to reach every corner of the nation. Please go through our Website:  www.unnatiblr.org Job Description -    Specific Responsibilities:   · Identify and recruit prospective candidates using a variety of channels.  · Analyze the requirements of an available job, carefully screening and evaluating job applications, selecting suitable applicants who are a good fit for the company, hiring, and seamlessly integrating new employees and roles into the organization.  · Assessing the process of determining whether a candidate is qualified for the role is based on their educational qualifications, experience, and skill sets. · Organise the interview process for the HR Manager to conduct confidential interviews.  · You will be responsible for creating referral programs for internal employees and to post job vacancies on social media channels, connect with placement consultancies and connect with placement officers at colleges.    Selection Criteria:   Education   Bachelors or Diploma across any field     Experience   0-2 years of experience working in the private or development sector   Languages needed   English, Local language     Skills -        Communication skills -        Team working skills -        Facilitation and training skills -        Computer skills -        Coordination skills
