JOB DESCRIPTION OF HR EXECUTIVE..... An HR Executive is responsible for managing and implementing various aspects of an organization's human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. They also play a key role in ensuring a positive work environment and developing strategies to improve employee performance and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Hiring: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, managing the hiring process, and onboarding new hires. Employee Relations: Handling employee queries, resolving grievances, and promoting a positive work environment. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Training and Development: Identifying training needs, developing and delivering training programs, and supporting employee development initiatives. Performance Management: Assisting managers and employees in goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management. HR Policy Implementation: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with the organization's goals. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance, EEO data, etc. Budget Management: Monitoring and analyzing HR budgets, including hiring budgets and payroll. Employee Engagement: Developing and implementing initiatives to increase employee engagement and satisfaction. Exit Interviews: Conducting exit interviews to identify reasons for employee departures and improve retention.
