Job Description

You will be responsible for handling all hiring activities as an HR Executive. This includes analyzing job vacancies, conducting candidate interviews, and finalizing hires. Your role will involve devising innovative strategies to enhance the efficiency of the hiring process and overseeing talent acquisition in a rapidly expanding startup environment. Your primary responsibilities will include updating internal databases with new employee details, such as contact information and employment documentation. You will also be tasked with screening resumes and job applications, as well as scheduling and confirming interviews with prospective candidates. In addition to the above, you will be expected to manage job advertisements on various platforms, such as job boards, careers pages, and social networks. Addressing employee inquiries regarding benefits, such as remaining vacation days, will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will play a role in coordinating company events and career fairs. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar junior HR position and be proficient in using MS Office. A sound grasp of full-cycle recruiting processes, strong organizational abilities, and fluency in English are essential qualifications for this role.,
