Job Description

Position: HR Executive

Location: Chennai

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience

Qualification: Any Graduation

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation of all HR-related activities.
Assist in payroll processing, salary structure preparation, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.).
Draft and issue HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training & development activities when required.
Assist in performance appraisal process and maintain HR MIS reports.
Foster a healthy work environment by addressing grievances and promoting employee engagement.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of recruitment and hiring process.
Good understanding of payroll and statutory compliances.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / HR software tools.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

Preferred Candidate:

Immediate joiners are highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
