Insurance Service Manager – Luxury Customers

Job Objective:
To provide high-quality support and insurance advisory services to luxury customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets in the high-value segment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Contact luxury leads/prospective high-net-worth clients over the phone to promote vehicle insurance & Renewal policies.
· Offer personalized advice based on customer lifestyle.
· Maintain strong follow-up to ensure customer engagement and policy closure.
· Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent service and communication.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the LMS system.
· Ensure strict compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company sales protocols.
Requirements:
· Qualification: Any Graduate
· Experience: 1–4 years in insurance sales / telesales (dealing with HNI or premium customers preferred)
· Skills:
· - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· - Confidence in handling high-value clients professionally
· - Ability to explain complex insurance terms clearly
· - Sales and target-driven mindset
· - Fluent in [English + Tamil, and any other regional Language]
