HR Executive Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

    : Managing end-to-end hiring—job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, onboarding
  • Onboarding & Employee Engagement

    : Facilitating smooth integration of new hires, coordinating orientation and engagement activities
  • Employee Relations & Compliance

    : Handling grievance redressal, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration

    : Processing payroll, managing compensation structures, administering benefits
  • Performance Management & Training

    : Running appraisal cycles, organising training and development programs
  • HR Planning & Record-Keeping

    : Maintaining employee records, HR database; aligning recruitment with business objectives
  • HR Strategy & Culture Building

    : Supporting strategic HR initiatives and nurturing a positive workplace culture
  • General administration: Office maintenance and timely payment of all utility bills like Internet, telephone, mobile, email renewals, Field Staff tracking application renewal, etc.

  • Domain understanding, workflow coordination with technical teams, and ensuring HR initiatives align with project timelines and compliance standards

Role:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical hires
  • Manage onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Administer payroll, benefits, attendance, and compensation
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data
  • Facilitate performance appraisal, training, and development
  • Address employee grievances and enforce compliance with labor laws
  • Contribute to fostering a constructive workplace culture

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or equivalent (MBA preferred)
  • 2–5 years HR experience—preferably in manufacturing, systems integration, or technical services
  • Familiarity with Indian labor laws
  • Proficiency in HR tools and MS Office
  • Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills
