Description
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and networking to find top talent. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build a strong candidate pipeline. Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate suitability. Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and post-offer engagement. Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.). Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation. HR Operations Assist in employee onboarding & induction processes. Maintain and update HR records, including employee data, attendance, and leaves. Support policy implementation and compliance with labor laws. Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities. Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits. Coordinate training programs and HR initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in recruitment & HR operations. Strong experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and recruitment strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in HR software (HRMS, ATS, Excel, etc.). Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
