HR Executive

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for designing compensation and benefits packages, implementing performance review procedures, and developing fair HR policies to ensure employee compliance. You will be tasked with sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates effectively and coordinating learning and development initiatives for all employees. Monitoring the HR department's budget and acting as the main point of contact for labor legislation issues will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will manage employee grievances, oversee daily HR operations, and create referral bonus programs. The ideal candidate for this position should have proven work experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role, with expertise in full-cycle recruiting and demonstrable leadership abilities. Strong communication skills are essential, and a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred. You will be expected to assist with day-to-day HR operations, provide administrative support to HR executives, update employee records, and prepare reports on personnel activities. Coordinating HR projects, dealing with employee requests, and handling complaints and grievance procedures will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will be required to communicate with public services when necessary, coordinate interviews with candidates, conduct initial orientation for new hires, assist recruiters in candidate sourcing, and update the candidate database.
