HR Executive - Hyderabad - Pharma Co.

Candidate will be based at corporate office of reputed Pharma Company as an Executive HR and he will be responsible for handling following:

Candidate will be responsible for Design, implement, and manage a variety of learning programs, assess learning needs across the organization and develop strategies to address gaps.

Candidate will be responsible to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and data.

Candidate should stay updated on the latest L&D trends and best practices to ensure programs are innovative and impactful.

Candidate should Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain top talent.

Candidate should Manage employee engagement initiatives, including feedback surveys, one-on-one coaching, and talent reviews.

Candidate will be working with managers to assess and enhance employee performance, implementing strategies for skill development and growth.

Candidate will collaborate with HR team members on workforce planning and talent acquisition to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Candidate will be responsible to conduct regular analysis of training needs, talent gaps, and organizational development priorities.

Candidate will be responsible to generate reports and track metrics related to employee development, training effectiveness, and talent management outcomes.

Required candidate profile.

Should have Min 4-6 years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, or HR, preferably in a similar industry.

Qualification should be MBA in HR or related field.

Should have Strong knowledge of L&D methodologies, talent management frameworks, and employee development practices.

Should have excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Should have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions.
