HR Executive (Operations)
Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Operations Specialist

to oversee and optimize HR processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and an excellent employee experience. This role involves managing the employee lifecycle, HR systems, and operational functions while contributing to process improvements and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate employee records and manage compliance.
Conduct orientations for new joinees.
Handle end-to-end processes for onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management, addressing employee queries.
Support audits by preparing and maintaining relevant HR documentation.
Manage attendance, time tracking, and performance review processes.
Generate and analyze HR reports, providing insights for strategic decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on employee engagement initiatives.
Update and communicate HR policies and ensure company-wide compliance.
Drive process improvements and implement automation for efficiency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
2-4 years in HR operations.
Skills:
Proficiency in payroll, Excel, and strong communication skills.
