The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will play a key role in building a strong company culture, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting the growth of our organization. Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding). * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. * Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws. * Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management. * Conduct performance reviews and support employee development programs. * Address employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts. * Organize training, team-building, and employee engagement activities. * Support management in strategic HR planning. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist. * Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. * Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. * Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. * Proficiency in MS Office and HR software will be an added advantage.
