Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment across various departments
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with speed and accuracy
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in onboarding, employee engagement, and grievance handling

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-starter who can take ownership and work independently
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and good with follow-ups
