About Us: NCQC is one of the India’s leading ISO and other Management System Certification Consultancy provider offering consultancy services for documentation, training, system implementation and certification for all important ISO and other national/ international management system standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, ISO/IEC 17025, NABH, etc. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented experienced HR Executive to join our team. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Post job openings, review resumes, and schedule interviews. Conduct initial screenings and coordinate onboarding. Employee Relations: Address employee queries and resolve issues. Support employee engagement initiatives. HR Administration: Maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist in payroll and benefits administration. Policy Development: Assist in developing and communicating HR policies. Ensure policy adherence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. More than 1 year of experience as an HR Executive Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Preferred Qualifications: Graduation or Master’s degree in Human Resources. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
