Job Description

Mount Web Technologies is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee coordination within a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
• Handle onboarding & documentation of new joiners
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
• Assist in HR policies implementation and compliance
• Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team initiatives
• Address basic employee queries and provide HR support
• Assist in performance review coordination and HR reporting
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience as an HR Executive
• Basic knowledge of recruitment portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic agency environment
• Basic understanding of HR processes & labor compliance
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
