Job Description

You should be able to generate business through portals like Upwork, Guru, etc. It is essential to possess good knowledge of client handling, including both calling and chat interactions. Excellent communication skills are a must in order to effectively engage with clients. Confidence in generating revenue for the organization is a key attribute for this role. You will be responsible for preparing client business proposals and addressing technical queries while making decisions based on client communication. Additionally, maintaining the client database and regular follow-up to drive business growth will be part of your routine tasks. For this position, we are looking for candidates with up to 1 year of experience, including freshers. Interested individuals are encouraged to share their CV at hr@mountwebtech.com.
