Job Description

Role & responsibilities Job Title: HR Executive Core HR Location: Bangalore, and Hyderabad Experience: 23 Years / Freshers (MBA HR) Salary: Freshers 0- 4 LPA Experienced – 4–6 LPA Job Summary: We are looking to hire and trained candidates with a background in HR (MBA HR ) have strong fundamentals in Core HR operations. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience with documentation (UAN, etc.) and exposure to HR systems like SAP, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, or other HCM platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day employee relations and labor-related activities. Handle recruitment processes and onboarding formalities. Assist in payroll processing and maintain knowledge of payroll structures. Manage employee compensation, benefits, and allowances. Ensure compliance with statutory obligations such as Provident Fund (PF), ESI, etc. Support HR training and development initiatives. Act as an end-user for any of the HR systems: SAP, Oracle HCM, Workday, or SuccessFactors. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources Desired Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of payroll components and statutory deductions Familiarity with HRMS tools like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or SuccessFactors Detail-oriented and process-driven Ability to transition from a generalist to a tech-enabled HR role Preferred candidate profile
