Position: HR Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment and employee management, preferably in manufacturing or production companies
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various departments
Shortlist, interview, and onboard new employees
Maintain employee records and attendance
Coordinate with management and staff for HR-related tasks
Support payroll and statutory documentation
Assist in employee engagement and performance tracking
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in HR / Management
Minimum 1 year experience in hiring employees for manufacturing units
Skills Required:
Strong communication & coordination skills
Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
Good computer proficiency (MS Office, HR tools)
