HR Executive (Manufacturing Sector)

As an HR Executive at Ubitter Technologies, your role will involve handling end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments, including shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, attendance, and coordinating with management and staff for HR-related tasks. Additionally, you will assist in employee engagement and performance tracking. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's Degree or MBA in HR/Management, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in hiring employees for manufacturing units.
