Location: Wazirpur, Delhi

Experience: 3–5 Years (Must have experience in Manufacturing – ideally in Rotogravure / Printing / Packaging)

Salary: ₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives

About the Role

Kanodia Gravure is looking for a hands-on HR Executive who understands the unique dynamics of factory floors and fast-paced manufacturing environments. This role requires a professional who has worked closely with machine operators, supervisors, and office staff—someone who knows how to balance compliance, recruitment, and employee engagement on ground.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source, screen, and close roles across factory, technical, and support functions
• Collaborate with HODs for manpower planning
• Conduct induction sessions with a focus on plant safety and role readiness

2. HR Operations & Statutory Compliance

· Maintain HRMIS, attendance, and payroll coordination

· Ensure 100% compliance with PF, ESI, Factory Act, and other labour regulations

· Handle HR documentation for workers, staff, and contractual workforce

3. Shop Floor Engagement & Grievance Redressal

· Regular interaction with workers, supervisors, and floor leads

· Mediate conflict resolution and drive disciplinary protocols

· Plan shift rotations and overtime in sync with production requirements

4. Performance Management & Training

· Support mid-year and annual reviews

· Organize workshops on safety, hygiene, and technical skill upgrades

· Monitor upskilling progress and training impact

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, printing, or packaging industries
• Practical knowledge of labour laws, HR documentation, and shift operations
• Excel-savvy with strong reporting and coordination skills
• Confident communicator—comfortable dealing with both management and shop floor teams
• Ready to work on-ground, shoulder-to-shoulder with plant functions
