Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for potential candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for timely closures.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Onboarding & Induction:
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and documentation.
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions and ensure smooth induction.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Assist in planning employee engagement activities and events.
  • Address employee queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • HR Operations:
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Support payroll inputs (attendance, leave records, etc.).
  • Assist in statutory compliance and HR audits.
  • Performance Management:
  • Coordinate appraisal cycles and feedback collection.
  • Support managers in performance improvement plans.
  • Policy & Compliance:
  • Ensure HR policies are communicated and implemented effectively.
  • Assist in labor law compliance, PF, ESIC, and related statutory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
