Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with fluency in Hindi to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on roles requiring Hindi communication, especially for North Indian or pan-India hiring. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Conduct telephonic and video interviews in Hindi. Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. Manage job postings on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Provide a great candidate experience and follow up on feedback. Assist in HR operations as needed. Key Requirements: Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role. Excellent communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English. Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Graduation in any discipline; MBA in HR is a plus. Preferred: Prior experience hiring for BPO/Customer Support roles. Candidates from North India currently residing in Chennai are welcome.
