Job Description:

Impex Home Appliance and Electronics is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to build a career in Human Resources, especially in the area of recruitment.

Location : Manjeri Malappuram

Job Type : Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-up).
Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms including Indeed, Naukri, and social media.
Coordinate and conduct initial rounds of interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Liaise with department heads to understand manpower needs.
Assist in onboarding formalities and documentation.
Maintain HR-related records and reports as required.

Requirements:

MBA or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
0 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR or recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR tools and MS Office.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
