Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer/Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in servicing home appliances and LED TVs. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various home appliances to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance. Complaint Management: Attend to and resolve assigned complaints in accordance with company policies. Documentation: Accurately complete all job-related documentation. Reporting: Provide timely work completion and pending reports to the reporting manager using the specified method. Spare Parts Management: Collect and complete pending spares from the service center. Service Center Communication: Report to the service center punctually. Defective Parts Management: Clear all defective spares within the specified time frame. Billing: Settle all bills and payments during service center visits. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with BSI regarding pending spares. Productivity: Strive to achieve maximum productivity. Turnaround Time (TAT): Maintain adherence to the company’s turnaround time (TAT) range. Product Quality: Report any noticeable complaints or issues with products immediately. Additional Duties: Perform other tasks assigned by the reporting manager when no pending complaints are present. Qualification: Diploma / ITI (Electronics) Experience: 1 - 2 years in Home appliances product services.
