EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: Any Degree

CANDIDATE EXPECTED WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL (BOTH ORAL &WRITTEN) AND COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE (MAIL COMMUNICATION IS MUST)

GENDER: REQUITEMENT ONLY FOR FEMALE CANDIDATES.

AGE BELOW 30

WORK TIMING: MORNING 9.30 AM TO EVENING 6.30 PM.

EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 1-4 YEARS’

SALARY: NEGOTIABLE

JOB TYPES: FULL-TIME.

LANGUAGE KNOWN: ENGLISH , HINDI.

STAFF BUS AVAILABLE INSIDE MADURAI.

HR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Design compensation and benefits packages and Industrial management

· Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)

· Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

· Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques

· Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

· Monitor HR department’s budget

· Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues

· Manage employees’ grievances

· Create and run referral bonus programs

· Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)

· Measure employee retention and turnover rates

· Oversee daily operations of the HR department

HR REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience with full-cycle recruiting

· Good knowledge of Labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)

· Demonstrable leadership abilities

· Solid communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
