Job Description

Job Purpose:

To support and assist in payroll management and overall HR operations at the plant location. The role focuses on ensuring seamless HR processes including attendance management, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Support:

  • Assist in monthly payroll processing and maintain accuracy in attendance and leave data.
  1. Attendance Management:

  • Oversee biometric attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  1. Onboarding & HR Operations:

  • Facilitate onboarding of new employees, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth joining formalities.
  1. Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities at the plant.
  1. HR Reports:

  • Prepare and maintain various HR MIS reports as required by management.
  1. Coordination:

  • Liaise with plant management and corporate HR for policy implementation and compliance.


Key Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of HR operations and payroll.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
