Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a HR Executive, located in South Goa. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing comprehensive HR management tasks. They will ensure that HR practices align with the company’s objectives and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications

HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
Expertise in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
Strong Employee Relations skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
