Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, book travel, take minutes, and handle correspondence.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters, and facilitate new hire orientation.
  • Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files, databases, attendance, and leave records.
  • Benefits & Payroll: Assist with benefits administration, track leave, and support payroll processing.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies, help with policy updates.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between employees, management, and HR; answer inquiries.
  • HR Projects: Support HR initiatives, performance reviews, and prepare reports/presentations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/database tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication (written/verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Experience in administrative support, with HR background a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
